Couples and Family Therapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy supporting you to grow, heal and connect
Welcome
Relationships can be a source of connection, comfort and growth, but they can also bring challenges, conflict and pain. Whether you are struggling as a couple, navigating difficulties with a teenager, adjusting to family changes, or feeling disconnected from those closest to you, therapy can provide a space to understand what is happening and find a way forward.
I offer relationship and family therapy for couples, families and young people aged 12 and over, providing a supportive, inclusive and non-judgemental environment where every voice can be heard.

I also offer discounted counselling for people currently studying to be a counsellor on level 3 and above. Training to be a counsellor can have huge personal and relational impacts, it is not a journey to be taken lightly, and I offer students a safe and understanding space to explore and navigate this incredible journey.

Therapy for Relationships, Families and Life's Challenges
At different stages of life, relationships can become strained by conflict, communication difficulties, loss, major life transitions, neurodiversity, separation, or changing family dynamics.
As an experienced counsellor and psycotherapist, I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand patterns within their relationships, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.
Whether you attend therapy as a couple, as a family, or as a parent and teenager, our work together will be tailored to your unique circumstances and goals.

A Safe Space for Every Relationship
I believe that every relationship has its own story, strengths and challenges. My role is not to take sides or assign blame, but to create a safe space where people can speak openly, feel heard, and develop greater understanding of themselves and one another.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative and inclusive, recognising and respecting the diversity of modern relationships and family structures.
Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, improve communication, and work towards more connected and meaningful relationships.

Taking the First Step
Seeking support can feel daunting, but you do not have to face relationship or family challenges alone.
If you would like to discuss how therapy may help, I offer an initial consultation where we can explore your concerns and decide whether we are the right fit to work together.

Couples, Families, Parents & Teenagers
I work with couples, parents and teenagers (12+), adult family members, co-parents, blended families, and those in polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous relationships. Whether you are experiencing difficulties within a partnership, family conflict, or challenges in parenting and family life, therapy can provide a space to better understand one another and strengthen relationships.
